TCRE’s workshops and programs can be customized. We are proud to offer services and programs that are custom made for our partners and the communities that they serve.

TCRE Program + Workshop Offerings

  • Programs (5th-12th Grade)

    Starting at $500/ session

    • These are regularly scheduled sessions ranging from 1-3 hours where we work hand-in-hand to curate, discuss, collaborate, and create a deliverable. Programs can include lessons on financial literacy, community journalism, photography, public speaking, digital art, editing, publishing, and more!
    • 8 week, summer, semester, and school year program options available

    Includes 10 coloring books per session

  • Workshops (K-12th Grade +)

    Starting at $250

    • 20-60 minute workshops centered around creative entrepreneurship, affirmations, goal setting, creativity, etc to be determined during the planning call.
    • Adult workshops include publishing, marketing, building one's personal brand etc.

  • Immersive Art Exhibits

    Starting at $500/canvas

    • This can be combined with any of our other offerings including design services, workshops, programs, or keynotes.Your organization would also have the right to resale the canvases, final project, etc in the future.
    • Partners can resell the canvases and TCRE's team will support in marketing, logistics, and additional event support.

  • Keynotes

    Starting at $1,000

    • 10-45 minute keynote - Available topics include the importance of community centered work, encouraging authentic leadership, finding your purpose early on in life, and how to take one’s passion and transform it into a beautiful vessel of community care.

How Far in Advance Should You Submit for Programs and Workshops?

We advise that potential partners reach out to us as soon as they have a date or concept in mind.

Travel and accommodations are based on the location of in-person workshops and keynotes. Within a 100 mile radius of Baltimore, we are able to collaborate with 1-3 months notice.

Immersive art exhibits and programs need to be planned 3-6 months in advance. This timeline is dependent on if this is being designed for an event or is tied together with programming.

How Much will Everything Actually Cost?

After initial interest over email, we will reach out to schedule a time to discuss your needs and your goals. Afterwards we will create a custom quote for you to review.

If there is any assistance needed to complete grant paperwork around the initiative or if there needs to be an adjustment in the budget or projects based on finances we are happy to work alongside you to bring our work to your community.

If something is not within your budget, contact us so we can navigate options together.

What is an Immersive Art Exhibit?

Immersive art activations are a great way to show your community and youth how they can collaboratively work with those around them to curate a piece that is meaningful and representative of their passions.

Our exhibits have brought 100s of people together, generate funding for partners, and are completely customizable to your organizations' needs.

Intellectual Property Rights

Regarding the intellectual property (IP) of what is produced during programming, unless otherwise stated, the right to resell completed work is solely with The Creative Representation Empire and Naomi Winston.

There are options for partners to purchase rights so they can use it for future funding opportunities in the future. Youth that participate in the creation of books will be credited as co-curators, co-illustrators, or co-authors. Organizations will be included as sponsors or research collaborators.

TCRE will add it to their collection to be resold to third parties with your organization receiving credit and/or net profit compensation. This option is available and can be discussed during the initial mapping meeting.
