  • Partnered Coloring Book

    Starting at $3,500

    • In an effort to work with more community partners across the world we will work directly with your team to create a coloring book with the provided information and pictures to communicate stories.

    100 free copies included with every partnered book. Pricing varies depending on project scope.

  • Interactive Art Materials

    Starting at $500

    • We now offer interactive design elements which can include, but are not limited to, canvases, tote bags, hoodies, etc that people can color and decorate to remember the event.

    Can also be paired to create custom workshop materials for your organization.

  • Immersive Art Exhibits

    Starting at $500/canvas

    • This can be combined with any of our other offerings including design services, workshops, programs, or keynotes.Your organization would also have the right to resale the canvases, final project, etc in the future.

    Partners are able to resell the canvases and TCRE's team will support in marketing, logistics, and additional event support.

  • Custom Coloring Sheets/Cards

    Starting at $150/ per page

    • We offer coloring sheet design services where we will create a coloring sheet based on provided information and photos that can be used for flyers, events, postcards, or even the agenda for your next event.

    Pricing depends on organization size, purpose, copyright, partnership outline and continued utilization in our collection

How Far in Advance Should You Submit for Design Services?

We advise that potential partners to reach out to us as soon as they have a date or concept in mind.

We suggest that you begin the process for design services 1-6 months in advance based on your organization's guidelines.

Immersive art exhibits and coloring books need to be planned 2-4 months in advance. This timeline is dependent on if this is being designed for an event, or is tied together with programming.

How Much will Everything Actually Cost?

After initial outreach over email, we will reach out to schedule time to discuss your needs and your goals. Afterwards we will create a custom quote for you to review. If there is any assistance needed to complete grant paperwork around the initiative or if there needs to be an adjustment in the budget or projects based on finances we are happy to work alongside you to bring our work to your community.

What is an Immersive Art Exhibit

Immersive art activations are a great way to show your community and youth how they can collaboratively work with those around them to curate a piece that is meaningful and representative of their passions.

Our exhibits have brought 100s of people together, generate funding for partners, and are completely customizable to your organizations' needs.

Intellectual Property Rights

Regarding the intellectual property (IP) of what is produced during programming, unless otherwise stated, the right to resell completed work is solely with The Creative Representation Empire and Naomi Winston.

There are options for partners to purchase rights so they can use it for future funding opportunities in the future. Youth that participate in the creation of books will be credited as co-curators, co-illustrators, or co-authors. Organizations will be included as sponsors or research collaborators.

TCRE will add it to their collection to be resold to third parties with your organization receiving credit or net profit compensation. This option is available and can be discussed during the initial mapping meeting.
